Where is it?

The superb Redstone Arsenal Challenger Bingo is located at 1500 Weeden Mountain Dr, Huntsville, Alabama 35808, within the Redstone Arsenal military installation.

How do I get there ?

The hall is actually located within the military base and access is restricted to authorized personnel, including those with a Military ID, Common Access Card (CAC), or contractor badge and invited guests. Public transportation directly to the bingo hall is therefore not available. For ease, visitors predominantly drive to the venue and must be signed in by an authorized individual and may be required to pay a fee.

What facilities do they have?

The bingo hall has a capacity of 400 and when we visited was clean and well-maintained offering both electronic and session paper bingo games. They provided coffee and water free of charge and beer and wine is also available for purchase. Every Thursday the hall runs a free food and bingo night which is catered by local business The Summit at Redstone.

What bingo games do they have on?

Challenger Bingo offers electronic bingo Tuesday through Friday starting at 3 pm with session play commencing at 6.45pm. On Saturday things hot up with an earlier open time of 11am for a 1.45pm start time. Packages are broken down into Bronze ($35), Silver ($65) Gold ($110) and best value Platinum ($215). Addional cards cost $7 with warm up games available for $12 for the first pack. There are a host of bonus extras costing as little as $1.50 such as 3on The Purple, Hot Balls, Doubler Ball along with Brown and Lime progressive jackpots. The property is closed on Sundays.

Is it any good?

Although access to the base might seem a bit a bit daunting it’s actually very straightforward. We found once inside the hall had a fantastic atmosphere with friendly helpful staff managed by the owners Ben. Challenger also offers some of the biggest payouts in Alabama averaging over $10,000 per night and with progressives having been won in excess of $29,000 we think it’s well worth a visit if you in the area. Last year alone they paid our over $3m !!
